Dr. Paras combines 16+ years of experience in the areas of ‘People Transformation’ with his learnings acquired through prestigious international certifications. He is a Life Leadership Coach armed with the knowledge to help people find their potential. His passion for coaching helps his clients drive paradigm shifts in their organizational thinking. He holds a practice of over 5100 hours as a Life Leadership Coach and has worked with over 1.5 lakh professionals in their journey of growth. He has recently been named as the Global Coach of the Year EMCC (June 2020 – Paris), and Coach Supervisor at the World HRD Congress (February 2020). He has also been bestowed with the prestigious Young Leader Award (2018) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has also been acknowledged with an award for founding Tava-Mitram (not-for-profit) for his contribution to the society by the World HRD Congress (February 2020).
